Big MLM Tip - Best MLM Opportunities - Value Pricing

The Best Best MLM Opportunities will always have value pricing. They understand that value sells and hyped, inflated prices do not.

Some companies put such a mark up on their products that similar, or even sometimes the exact same, product can be purchased at a local store for a fraction of the price. You can bet there is no retailing going on in those companies. Sure, their comp plan will show some amazing commissions, but it is much harder to make the "sell" with inflated pricing.

Here is a (somewhat) hypothetical example:

Company A sells widgets for $79 retail, but distributors can get them for $39 wholesale. Want to resell them at $49? Not so fast. The company has a strict policy against retailing at a discount. Sure, you can sell to people at your cost if you place the order for them, and you get credit for the volume, but what is your percentage, 5%, 7% or maybe as high as 12%? And that is on the RETAIL price. Of course, to get customers, you will have to order for them through your back office to get the wholesale deal for them. While this counts toward your volume, percentages on the wholesale price are typically less.

Company B sells a similar widget for $34.95 retail. Everyone pays the same price. If someone goes to your retail page and orders the product, they will pay the exact same amount you would through your back office. It is much easier to sell products when they are a good value to the customer. While it is rare in MLM, I have even seen a company that sells a better product cheaper than the competition. This competition even includes similar products in traditional brick-n-mortar retail stores. How many companies can say that? And, it is all due to value pricing

If an MLM Company, and its distributors, makes their money from the retail sale of products, which of these two companies do you think is paying out more commissions?

It’s simple.
value pricing = More Sales = More Commissions Paid

Big MLM Tip - Best MLM Opportunities - Free MLM?

REALLY????
Seriously? Free MLM?

The Best MLM Opportunities are never free. If you hear of a Free MLM, you can be assured it is a scam.

Every legitimate MLM Company is only able to pay their distributors through the retail sale of product. Yes, some allow distributors buy at a wholesale rate, but the Best MLM Opportunities will have products that are value priced to begin with. We will discuss more about this tomorrow.

So, back to the concept of Free MLM. Even if a company is free to join, you still have to purchase product to make it work. If not, how can anyone earn any money?

In short, there is no such thing as a Free MLM. If it costs nothing to start, and there is nothing to buy, they will have to try to get money from you another way.

Maybe it would be through some affiliate program, making this supposed Free MLM nothing more than a front to get you into some other rip-off deal.

So, which would you prefer? Would you rather spend some money on value priced products, build a team that does the same, and all earn a residual income, or do you want to keep chasing after the myth of the Free MLM?

Big MLM Tip - Blog Syndication - The Buddy System

When it comes to Blog Syndication, I cannot help but think of a line from The Beatles: "I get by with a little help from my friends". So, this post is dedicated to all of my good friends I have made through my Facebook group Syndication Elation.

This group has become quite successful when it comes to helping people gain valuable Social Proof for their sites through Blog Syndication. I may have started this group, but it is members there, who post and syndicate highly valuable content daily, who have made this group what it is. The following is a list of some of members of this group who have been so helpful. Each person on this list is actively sharing value on an almost daily basis. Over the next couple of weeks, I will be mixing my usual BIG MLM Tip posts with a post on each of these wonderful people.

This is, of course, only a partial list. There are many more people who are actively sharing with the group at least a time or two a week. People like Mark Harbert, Arthur Tassinello, Bruce Darby, Daphne Dwritewell Williams, Elise Boysaw, LaTease Rikard, Lisa Marse Corkern, Lisa Torres-Allen, and others are regulars as well. Each of these people has contributed greatly to our group and each is someone I would recommend you get to know. Better yet, come join Syndication Elation, get to know us all, and gain the benefit of some great Blog Syndication.

Big MLM Tip - Best MLM Opportunities - Your Potential Sponsor

Over the past few days we have discussed doing some research on the Best MLM Opportunities. So far we have looked at researching a specific MLM Company, but what about your prospective sponsor?

Have you researched this person to see what they are all about? Search for the person's name on Google to see what comes up. If they have a common name, check to see if they use a middle initial or anything else that will identify them. When you get your results, what do you see?

You want a sponsor who is active. What you would like to see is page after page of articles, blog posts, social media profiles and the like.

If you want to see what I mean, do a quick search on my name, Bill Gelwick. I just checked and there are 8 full pages, 80 results, before anything pops up that is not directly related to me. You will find links to dozens of social media profiles, articles, blog posts and even blog posts from others who mention me.

On that note, have you searched for yourself lately? Sign out of Google first, and then search your name. What will people find when they search for you?

Big MLM Tip - Affiliate Programs - Risky Business?

Many people advocate utilizing various affiliate program along side their MLM Business. Most will even tell you that these other programs can start to make money for you until your MLM Business takes off. While this could work, I would like to share some potential issues with following this type of business model.

For starters, do you really want to be one of those people out there who will promote almost anything to make a buck? What does this do for your credibility with those people who are looking to join you in your primary business? You do not want prospects thinking you are not serious about this MLM Business

Plus, the vast majority of these programs do not last. This is why you see people who are promoting something new every few weeks. That one didn't work, so they are on to the next greatest thing that has little chance of lasting more than a month or two. I actually feel sorry for these people, because I used to be right there with them a few short years ago.

And now, the real danger of using affiliate programs along with your MLM Business

Before you start promoting any affiliate program, I suggest you read through your Policies and Procedures. Many companies have a policy included where as sponsoring someone into another program, when doing so jumps the chain of sponsorship as it is established within your company, is grounds for termination

Let me explain. Say you sponsor Al into your primary MLM Business. Al sponsors Bob who sponsors Charlie. You then come across an affiliate program that looks promising, and you sponsor all 3 of these people under you. You would then be in violation of that clause and subject to discipline. Now, if you shared it with Al who shared it with Bob, and so on, keeping the existing chain intact, this would be within the guidelines. The only problem would be if someone else, downline, upline or sideline to you, found your affiliate link and signed up. You would be in violation and not even realize it.

Can you really risk it?  Is the potential to make a few bucks from that affiliate program worth risking your residual income from your primary MLM Business?

Read your Policies and Procedures carefully before promoting any affiliate program.
