Traffic  exchanges can be a good source of traffic if used correctly. If not  they are a complete waste of time. 
For this post, we want to look at how  they can benefit the professional network marketer. 
The concept is  simple. You surf pages through the exchange to gain credits, then use  those credits so that other people see your pages.
 The page you are  promoting is what makes all the difference. You should only promote  splash or capture pages on these sites. A splash page is a small web  page designed to relay information briefly. People are going to view tis  page for, on average, 3 to 5 seconds. That isn't a lot of time, so you  have to grab their attention quickly. 
A capture page is similar except  it has a place enter an email address for more information. We can look  at methods for creating splash pages another day, but what you promote  with them is the key. It is not advised to promote  opportunities or products via traffic exchanges. Promote yourself and  what services you can offer.
