When speaking with a prospect, be it in person, over the phone or via email, you should always exhibit confidence.
Practice will help you get better, but in the meantime, try planning your responses to your prospect's questions. You will surely here such questions as: "how much money can I make?", "what if I am not a salesman?", "How many people do I need to recruit?", or "do those things really work?".
These are questions you are certain to hear. You better have good answers for them.
