I first watched this video a few days ago, the day it was posted. I enjoyed it then, but as time has passed, it seems to have more of an impact. The more I think about it, the more I realize just how critical this is when working with your team.
What would "Live Rich" look like to you? Is ti fancy cars and exotic vacations, or simply having more time to spend with your family doing the things you enjoy? Maybe it's a combination of things. Whatever it is, grab onto that. But, what is more important is, what does it look like to your team? To your Prospects?
If you do not know what is motivating your team, then it is going to be almost impossible to help them effectively. Keep that in mind. You need ot make it your business to find out the "WHY" of everyone you work with so that you can really help them achieve it.
