Big MLM Tip of the Day - Business Building - Mentoring

The hope for us all is, that we will be able to transition more into a coach and mentor. At this point, you become less of a recruiter and more of a coach helping your team get to the same point you have.  
Be a POINTER!

Being a mentor does not mean you need to have all the answers. If you want duplication in your organization, you do not want to have all the answers. If you do, people will get discouraged thinking, "I can never do that". Having all the answers will work against you. 

An effective mentor is little more than a good "pointer". Think back to your favorite teacher in school. Did they give you the answer when you asked a question or did they point you to a chapter in your textbook? 

See what I mean? Rather than having all the answers, all you need to do is be able to point your team in the right direction. Referring them to a chapter of a book, a training video, or someone in your upline is much easier, and more duplicatable. Anyone can do that. 

Teach your team, by example, to be a "Pointer".
