When you are prospecting, are you finding and working with distributors or leaders? Do you know the difference?
Distributors are temporary. They come and go. They come in for the products, or to make an extra side income to help with debts, but they have no desire to build big. That is alright. You will have many distributors in your organization over the years. Some will quit. Some will stay at that level for years. Still others will develop into leaders over time.
Leaders are someone who can pick up the ball and run with it. They have a burning desire to better their life and the lives of others. That desire is what drives them. It is their "WHY".
Distributors are great. They are required to build a large organization. While they will need your help, it is advised to spend no more than 10 to 20% of your time with them.
The bulk of your time should be spent finding and building leaders. When your leadership starts to duplicate, your business will start to grow exponentially.
A very powerful reminder to growing your business successfully and economically.
