- Is there a tangible product or service being offered? No, informational products filled with stuff you can find anywhere on the net don't count.
- Would people buy that product or service if there was not a compensation plan attached to it?
- Is the majority of income earned derived from the sale of product, or from recruiting new people? If 90% of your income comes from recruiting new people, then it is a scam, plain and simple, and is an illegal program.
